As a solo traveller, I felt very safe staying here by myself. The photos online honestly don't do this property justice! It has a very authentic, rustic Greek charm. Having both the 2nd and 3rd levels was incredible. Other houses close by were occupied on the ground floor, but because Klima is a tourist attraction, many people walk right by and stare in. The ground floor houses had zero privacy. All the second-floor balconies are so close they practically touch, so having a top-floor balcony to sit out on and have a coffee in the morning with zero neighbours was a big bonus. Couldn't recommend this place enough!!
A simple manual explaining how the hot water works (you had to flick switches to turn it on before showering, then turn it off again after you used it). I came off a 36-hour trip, and all I wanted was a hot shower and to go to sleep. Sadly, it took hours for him to come and show me. Same with the wifi. It was complicated. So all of this would have been good to have in a manual.

The property is right on the water and the accommodation is quite large for our 3 person family. The top balcony was very nice
The drive to the location is distressing, the roads are very narrow two-way roads with no lights and hairpin turns and parking is very far from the house. I really You will have to walk and carry your luggage to the house because it is basically a sand pathway. The main bathroom has a constant sewer smell so we had to keep the door closed. The second bedroom is not connected so you must walk outside and climb up stairs to get to it, which we were not aware of. The wifi was spotty and constantly dropped. The laundry machine was broken and we were not told ahead of time, the owner did say that we can use an outside laundry mat and he would pay, however, it was quite an inconvenience as we had to drive to drop it off and another drive to pick it up.

Excellent location right on the water. Bonus to have the upper terrace as only 4 other properties in Klima have an extra terrace on the upper floor.
You get to have the entire home, ground floor is the where the boat is stored. So need to go up the stairs to enter the main floor.
The second floor is thru another set of doors which has seperate keys for entrance - this is where the 2nd bedroom is located and access to the upper terrace.
Awesome views, and great for sunsets.
We used the restaurant’s parking lot to park our rental car which was located about a minute walk away.
We were welcomed with a cold bottle of wine as a welcome which was nice.
Very minor, but bad sewage smell is evident throughout the washroom but given location is not a big deal. Some delayed responses from the host.

We booked this place for the setting and it was amazing ,with the water lapping at your entrance and stunning sunsets. Great shower pressure.
The distance to carry your bags to the accommodation was not great along the pebbly beach with no help when in your 70’s. Communication re the key was zero though we found it eventually .The drains in both bathrooms were smelly. Little in the kitchen re crockery ,utensils ,2 wine glasses 2 drinking glasses and it sleeps 5 people. Washing machine wasn’t working!
