Location excellent for exploring the city. Beautiful apartment, ours had a massive balcony, kitchen and sitting area. All staff lovely too.

Loved how kind and hospitable Laura the GM was. She accommodated me during my check in proces
I did not have a good experience at all with one of the supervisors named Maria (I think I’m spelling her name correctly). She was condescending, rude, and caught her rolling her eyes once while my wedding planner was having a discussion with her after checking out. She had absolutely no compassion and unfortunately removed a good experience I had as bride here. Spoke about the cart and how I should have known the hotel only has 2 and took use of one of their carts for too long. Due to this encounter combined with an unfortunate miscommunication, my wedding planner will no longer be recommending this hotel to her future brides.
