Warning. Do not stay here.

Nothing.

Our vacation was completely ruined because of this booking, and I feel obligated to warn others not to stay here. First, the location is very inconvenient. The road leading to the property is extremely steep, and if you do not have a car, getting there can be difficult. The unit is located in an old condominium building that appears poorly maintained. Some of the stair railings were loose, and one of my children actually fell on the stairs because of this. Fortunately, she was not seriously injured. Second, upon arrival, we immediately noticed that the property looked nothing like the photos advertised on Booking.com. The unit was old, had a strong moldy smell, and appeared neglected. After inspecting the room further, we found that the bedsheets smelled unpleasant and the pillows were visibly dirty. Third, the bathroom had a strong sewer odor, which was by far the worst issue we experienced. The smell was so overwhelming that it spread into the bedroom area. When we contacted the owner, we were repeatedly told to speak with the guard or the person on duty, but there was no one available to assist us. Instead of addressing the issue or offering a solution, the owner kept referring to their positive reviews and even sent screenshots of them, as if that would somehow resolve the problems we were facing. Fourth, there was no reliable water supply. I lived in Baguio during my college years, so I understand that water shortages can occur. However, if you are operating a rental property, it is your responsibility to ensure that guests have access to a consistent water supply or, at the very least, to provide proper contingency measures. To make matters worse, I was traveling with three young children and an elderly family member who has asthma. Despite the serious issues we encountered, the owner never apologized for the condition of the unit or for the misleading listing.

Good for big group/family.

Spaceous, walking distance to the city center esp burnham park, with kitchen and nature view.

The water pressure in the shower area was low and the bathroom had damp smell so you must leave the light on so the exhaust fan is also on. The freezer had molds. Should've checked and cleaned it before guests arrive.
