The new Panta Rei suites consist of fully self-contained two-room apartments located in the center of Senigallia, across from the Portici Ercolani. Since they are located just outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL), they are accessible by car, and the area has plenty of parking. The particularly picturesque riverside location places the suites equidistant from both sides of the famous “Velvet Beach,” which can be easily reached on foot in just a few minutes, as can all the key spots in the historic center.
Completely renovated during the first four months of 2021, the suites available to guests offer approximately 47 square meters of space. Each suite sleeps up to four people, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. Larger groups can keep the connecting doors between their suites open, effectively doubling (or tripling) their living space.
Each suite includes all the latest amenities to ensure comfort and convenience—from air conditioning to a washing machine and Wi-Fi—while the kitchenette is equipped with induction cooktops, as well as, of course, a refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom in each suite is brand-new and designed with attention to every detail, both aesthetic and practical.
Each two-room apartment has its own specific features: for example, the Suite dell’Acqua features a spacious balcony overlooking the riverfront.
Our suites are primarily intended for summer rentals to tourists; you can request customized quotes based on your vacation dates, the number of guests and their ages, as well as the length of your stay.
We offer discounts for children, and for the little ones, all necessary equipment is included (high chair, changing table, stroller, baby bathtub, and age-appropriate toys) to allow families to enjoy a peaceful vacation without too much hassle.
Prices during the summer season include all utilities, of course, as well as the tourist tax, which we will cover.
We offer bicycles free of charge—not brand-new but fully functional—along with a garage for storage.
The suites can also be reserved for medium-term stays from mid-September to early June, when we offer the option of signing leases for up to nine months—ideal for professors, interns, and anyone in need of temporary housing.
The owners, Marco and Sandra, are always available to welcome and support their guests with the utmost care, assisting them with every detail to ensure a peaceful vacation.

Die Wohnung mit einem zum frühstücken im Freien einladenden großen Balkon ist für 2 Reisende bestens geeignet. Sie verfügt über alles, das den Aufenthalt angenehm macht, allem vorran die sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, die die Nächte nach 32-38 Grad Tagen leicht erträglich machte. Die Entfernung zum Strand mit seinem berühmten Samtsand , zum Zentrum mit seinen hervorragenden Restaurants ist fussläufig zu bewältigen. Die Lage in den Marken lädt förmlich zur Erkundung der historischen Stätte wie Loreto, Urbino, Corinaldo, San Leo oder San Marino ein. Zusammengefasst ein toller Urlaub in einer bequemen Wohnung in einer ausgezeichneten Umgebung.
