The apartment has been recently renovated and offers direct access to the garden, which features a veranda equipped with a table and chairs for exclusive use. It consists of a spacious living room with a kitchenette and a two-person sofa bed, as well as two bright double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and private pergola. The bedrooms have direct access from the living room as well as from outside and can be completely independent.
The interior finishes are typical of Tuscany (terracotta, wood, and travertine); the furnishings also reflect our rural traditions, incorporating more elegant and refined elements while maintaining a sense of simplicity.
Light colors and bright, airy spaces dominate the design.
Great importance has been placed on the beds—both in terms of size and the quality of their components—to promote restful sleep and a rejuvenating vacation.

The apartment boasts a splendid panoramic view of the Val d’Orcia.
Tourist tax not included: €1.00 per day per person.
Children under 2 years of age who do not require a crib stay free of charge in a room or apartment. If a crib or additional linens for the child are requested, the cost is 20 euros per stay.
Children and adults may stay in a room or apartment on an extra bed or sofa bed for an additional charge of 20 euros per night.
