The property had easy access lots of parking and close proximity to the rooms
Decor was aged (walls and ceilings peeling) and the room furniture wasn’t great to be honest
8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
Good location - easy access to Lincoln and Newark.
Outside rooms with parking outside the door is great.
Room, nothing special, but quite adequate.
Ashiana (Indian) Restaurant on site - food is excellent, albeit a bit pricey.
Rooms a bit basic, although reflected in price.
Far end rooms are close to railway line - could be an issue for some.

Good location, parking right outside your room.
Rooms very tired, unsafe electricals, half the lights didn't work, noisey, broken furniture.
