Building amenities include a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and BBQ area.
Located right on the beach, you will enjoy all this gem has to offer. Everything you need is here for you to enjoy your stay, Unit is fully equipped with linens, beach gear, kitchenware, etc. Unit has air conditioning (not central). Priced to fit your budget, it will have everything you need for your vacation.

What a place! The apartment was very roomy, cozy and pleasant to live in despite the outdated amenities. E.g. there’s only one cutting board, no scissors and only one wine glass. The view however was outstanding and the beach below was not crowded at all which felt like a private beach. Spotted lots of turtles in the sea just by the beach (visited in July).Just a short drive away (7 min) you have Tamura Super Market that has pretty much everything you need and at reasonable prices.Overall super happy about this place! Me and my wife would definitely return.

Place is a lil outdated which I was fine with but the living room ceiling fan can’t really use because wobbly and noisy and looked and sounded like it was about ready to detach from the ceiling, Poor air conditioning compare to my friends unit where she was staying on the 5th floor. The bedroom was not cleaned properly where there was an empty gatorade bottle on the floor right next to the night stand and the entry door vent was broken and look very nasty and corroded. The dryer broke while we were there they accommodated us with using a dryer from another unit on another floor and said we were going to get a refund for the inconvenience. They came to check dryer and said the belt broke was told they would come back tomorrow to replace it. I got no update from the landlord and had to reach out again to get an update on dryer because I came back from being gone for the day to notice the dryer had not been fixed. I gave the landlord an update to let her know and said the other unit was still available for me to use. All attempts were made from the tenant which was disappointing while on vacation as well as the lack of follow up communication. The views were spectacular beautiful to see from our balcony!
