3. Communication
• A Whatsupp group will be created to share entry instructions and updates.
• Guests are hosted under the owner’s responsibility as friends family.
4. Noise & Conduct
• Quiet hours enforced
• No parties, no drugs, no loud music.
• We expect respectful, family-like behavior toward neighbors.
5. Penalties
• First complaint: $1,000 fine.
• Second complaint: $3,000 fine.
• Any violation may result in penalties or cancellation of the stay.
6. Agreement
• By booking, you accept these rules fully.
