My wife and I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. The room was very nice and always clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. Free water bottles was a very thoughtful touch. We would highly recommend this hotel.
The breakfast buffet is a bit restricted to the same items almost everyday. The shower has only one setting and is wall mounted, so it's not very flexible.

Breakfast was OK. Location was good. There was good cleanliness.
The staff attitude and behavior had mixed experience. Staff could not provide correct guidance about going around and places like restaurants. At the time of check-in there was a reasonably good staff. However, on October 16, 2026 around 4:00 PM, the front desk the staff was rude and discourteous. The person refused to provide packed breakfast next morning as we had an early morning train and were to leave for the station at 06:30 AM next morning. After insisting he kept some stale slices in the reception refrigerator in the evening for picking next morning.
The hotel access was frequently closed by local police, so one could not get a cab from or up to the hotel and that involved walking away to get a cab.
