Location. Asthetics
The “upgraded” room with a view of the bridge and river on level 2. Noise level was not enjoyable

Very beautiful luxury hotel with excellent location.
Sometimes the lobby gets crowded.

The location and the history of the building make this hotel truly special. What made our stay even more memorable, however, was the exceptional hospitality of Mr. Turgay. He is a genuine gentleman—warm, respectful, and incredibly attentive.
From welcoming us at breakfast to personally seeing us off to our car at the time of checkout, Mr. Turgay made us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. His kindness, professionalism, and personal attention left us with a wonderful impression and made our experience at the hotel feel especially warm and welcoming.
Thank you, Mr. Turgay, for making our stay so memorable. You are a true example of exceptional hospitality.
