I genuinely enjoyed my stay at Pickalbatros! The water slides were outstanding, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the resort offered so many activities and dining options that it was a fantastic experience for the whole family.
The resort is so large that, as first-time visitors, we needed quite a while to understand its layout and facilities. Although maps and activity schedules were provided, I highly recommend creating a short 2–3 minute aerial overview video explaining the locations of the restaurants, water parks, pools, and other facilities. We initially had lunch at the arena near the giant slides and only later discovered that we could dine at other restaurants as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as a family from the moment we arrived great effort was placed by staff to make us comfortable. A room was conveniently organised for us to cater for the young and the old in the family
Because of the vast number of residents the staff although many are not able to cater to us clients as effectively as other comparable resorts. We had to wait or travel really far to find drinks or beach towels. There was no true directions to showcase where everything is located and what the program is like. Having so much on is obvious not an issue thats why this feedback did not affect my star rating.
