About this house rental
Located in the highly sought-after neighborhood of Boulouris, this charming, 4-star-rated 3-room house in a quiet setting has been fully renovated and is just an 8-minute walk from La Péguière Beach and the coves of Saint-Raphaël. Just 150 meters away, you’ll find the small town center of Boulouris, featuring a bakery, deli, butcher shop, Spar supermarket, post office, train station, tobacco shop, newsstand, and more—plus a Provençal market held twice a week.
To explore our beautiful region, set out to discover the red rocks of the Esterel Massif with its many hiking trails, or enjoy the two 18-hole golf courses. Ideally located, you can reach Cannes, Saint-Tropez, and other destinations directly by boat from the port of Saint-Raphaël.
Accommodations:
A townhouse adjoining the owners’ home, fully air-conditioned with a separate entrance and a completely private, fenced-in garden.
It features 2 large bedrooms: the first has a 160x190 bed, and the second has 2 bunk beds and 2 twin beds (90x190) that can be pushed together.
A bathroom with a toilet and washing machine
A small living room with a large-screen TV featuring Canal+ and international satellite channels, which also houses the fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto, induction cooktop, etc.).
For your relaxation, the garden area invites you to unwind; enjoy your meals in the shade of a magnificent palm tree before taking a dip in the pool (direct access from your garden).

The secure 4x8m pool, equipped with lounge chairs and a parasol, is surrounded by a beautiful deck of non-slip stone tiles to prevent little ones from slipping. The pool is reserved exclusively for your use (however, the owners may use it when you are away).
The pool is open from mid-April to the end of October, weather permitting. Pets are allowed in the pool area but are not permitted to swim.

Bed linens, bath towels, and dish towels are provided.

Ma petite famille et moi même avons passer une excellente semaine!!! Muriel est très professionnel, très gentille, à l’écoute, bienveillante…. Bref rien a dire. La location est conforme à sa description. On a pu découvrir une belle ville et ces alentours et manger dans tout les restaurants de st Raphaël et dre jus. Tout est à proximité : plage, Spar, pharmacie etcc… Merci de nous avoir si gentillment accueilli! Nous reviendrons c’est sur! Merci à vous !!
