Good location. Helpful staff
As an oldie on bad legs could not use shower, which was imaculate,there were no suitable handles.

I had a great stay at Stanley Street Residences. It felt very cosy yet spacious and bright, modern and very practical. There is everything you need to feel at home. I particularly appreciated having an oven and the softness of the bedsheets and the mattress cover making the bed extra comfy.
Thank you to Steff, and the whole team, everyone is so welcoming, kind and helpful. And thank you for your help with my luggages. It was greatly appreciated.
The only caveat was a drain issue causing unpleasant smell in the bathroom. It got better with time and the team working on it. They kindly provided air freshener in the meantime.

The staff were great. The full bed was in the smaller side but very comfortable with great pillows. The location perfect.
The first room was small, the bathroom the size of a shoebox (called a snug double) and the plumbing was funky and smelled bad, but they were happy to change our room without complaint. I don’t think they should attempt to charge the same price for this small double room. Also, you can’t open the street-side room windows due to the noise from the party Cavern street close by. The Q parking with the hotel discount still costs 24£ a day vs the Victoria Car Park around the corner for 20£. Still expensive but better.

The staff and the fact it was clean
The location it was very loud. The tv worked then it didn’t then it did. The staff were very helpful and did deal with it but in the end the tv just wasn’t playing ball. The fridge made a right racket very 20 mins or so.
