About this apartment rental
Choco is an apartment that was completely renovated in July 2020, located on the third floor (no elevator) of a 1970s building (9 units).
The neighborhood is quiet and green, yet conveniently close to shops. The tram stop for the city center is just 50 meters away.
We’ve put all our love and care into renovating Choco, paying attention to every detail of the furnishings, to make you feel as pampered as you would at home.
The living area consists of a living room/kitchen with a sleeper sofa, satellite TV with over 4,000 channels, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything we think you might need: pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses, mugs, and coffee cups. We always have some salt, sugar, spices, coffee, tea, oil, vinegar, and cleaning supplies on hand.
Guests sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room will have access to small cabinets for storing their clothes and a coat rack behind the door.
The living room leads out to the terrace, where you can hang laundry or smoke (the only place where it’s allowed), sheltered from the sun and rain by crank-operated awnings.
The bedroom has a double bed (160x200) and a two-door closet, where you’ll find blankets, pillows, and spare pillowcases. You’ll also find some in the storage chaise longue on the living room sofa.
The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, sink, toilet, bidet, and washing machine. Towels, a hair dryer, soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided for your use. In the closet, you’ll also find brooms, a vacuum cleaner, an iron, an ironing board, and a clothesline.
We’ve installed a wall-mounted shoe rack in the hallway.
The entryway is the only area shared with the other apartment, which is completely independent; here you’ll find flyers, maps, and tourist brochures, as well as information on local restaurants.
We’ve tried to ensure Choco offers the utmost comfort in terms of climate control: the apartment is equipped with independent heating, featuring a room thermostat to regulate the temperature, and two air conditioners (one in the bedroom, one in the living room/kitchen), both fully adjustable with temperatures that can be set independently of each other.
Access to Choco is through a gate on the street. After climbing three steps in the shared garden, you’ll reach the building’s entrance door. The apartment is located on the third floor (no elevator). The entrance is shared with another apartment, which is completely independent. In the garden, there are bins for recycling.
