The location was excellent

Location to public transport from MXP and to tourist sights, very walkable for us (60s) to walk to the Duomo, I Navigli district, etc. Comfy bed, quiet for area and host was flexible with our arrival. Nice to have freezer section in fridge.
Other than a wifi signal there was no typical welcome packet with instructions for the A/C or TV. Neither worked and was told "youre just warm because you carried baggage" & "problem with antenna, try again tonight". No screens on windows to open for fresh air without getting flies. Kitchen not up to normal minimal standards we've experienced 2 weeks in Italy. Initially found no wine glasses, dish towel or paper towels, then later found 2 wineglasses and other items in dishwasher that appeared dirty or waterstained and host couldnt state whether clean or not.

Great location and very easy to find. A safe area and great for all central sights. Park close by. Staff friendly and helpful.
Nothing it was suitable for our needs

Incredibly easy to access and it is very conveniently located next to Cadorna - you literally step off the train and into your accommodation.
Very late chech-in and very early check-out. You get the accommodation for a very short period of time at what end up being a very high rate for it is. It's almost like a scam. If you want to check-out later you have to pay an exorbitant fee.
