Reliable Transport: The on-site car hire and Bellboys transport team are absolute rockstars who will get you around efficiently. The Reality Check (Where the Mask Slips) The Dining Mirage & Acquarius Mystery: Advertised "fine dining" is practically a mythical creature. Seasonal closures mean your only choice is Acquarius—and even then, it's only open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Good luck figuring out when, because operating times are posted absolutely nowhere online or in the hotel. The rest of the time, you're stuck in a single restaurant that closely resembles a school refectory. The Service Stealth Game & Stretched Staff: Getting a drink requires tactical patience. Honestly, you can't help but feel deeply for the staff, who have clearly been cut to the bone by management. It’s hard not to wince when you see a single waitress running herself ragged trying to do everything, while other employees just stand around chatting. When service swings from brilliant to overwhelmed (like getting a snappy "did you ask?" when inquiring about closed restaurants), you realize they're just surviving a broken system. The Loutraki Soundtrack: Forget peaceful relaxation. "Club Loutraki radio" blasts non-stop from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM across the entire resort—including the underground parking garage—forcing you to hermetically seal your balcony doors.

Everything , rooms in poor condition and all the hotel looks old IT IS DEFINITELY NOT 4 OR 5 STARS HOTEL The carpets are dated and look dirty, even if they've been cleaned. Furnitures looks as didnot changed since the 80th..... The mattress was in poor condition and sank in the middle, making for a very uncomfortable night's sleep. Despite the room being clean, it had a faint smell of old cigarette smoke. The lobby sitting is so bad and old Breakfast was just 'okay'—nothing special. The spa was the only saving grace. I won't be back.
