A very nice, beachfront vacation apartment facing southwest, located directly behind the dike. A lovingly furnished three-room apartment on the 1st floor with a very spacious covered balcony right next to the beach. The apartment has two bedrooms, both equipped with a double bed (2 x 90x200 cm), and one bedroom also features a single bed (1 x 90x200 cm). This means the apartment can comfortably accommodate 5 adults. From the living/dining room, you have direct access to the balcony. An excellent floor plan and high-quality amenities—such as a smart TV with an additional Blu-ray player, a walk-in shower, and a hair dryer in the bathroom, as well as a washer, dryer, and storage room—round out this comfortable apartment. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living area. The underfloor heating provides cozy warmth year-round, even on cooler days, and can be controlled individually for each room. The parking space for this charming apartment is located directly in front of the building, which consists of a total of eight vacation apartments. An elevator takes you to the first floor. Die Wohnung ist neu, zeitgemäß eingerichtet und bietet viel Komfort. Wir waren mit drei Kindern sehr gerne in der Wohnung können diese nur empfehlen. Alles vorhanden, was wir benötigten und dann auch noch nah am Meer. Sehr gerne wieder.
