Really bad

Nothing

Terrible Stay – Do NOT Book This Place! I am leaving this review to warn future guests about the awful experience we had at this apartment and the complete lack of basic hospitality from the host. The air conditioning did not work at all, making the apartment unbearable. It was so horribly hot that we couldn't function during the day, let alone sleep at night, and we had to wake up four times every night just to take cold showers to survive the heat. Because the apartment was like a sauna, we actually had to go and sleep on the beach one night just to get some rest. The host came once to "fix" the AC, but it stopped working again just 16 minutes after he left. When we messaged him on Wednesday to let him know, he didn't even bother replying until Thursday, only to tell us that nothing could be done until Monday, which happened to be our check-out day. They couldn't even be bothered to buy us a simple working fan to make the stay somewhat bearable. Warning to future guests: if your flight is delayed, be prepared for a nightmare. They will only allow check-in until 9:00 PM (21:00), and if you miss that window, you won't be allowed in and will end up sleeping on the beach, despite having paid for the night in full. If they do agree to wait for you, they charge an outrageous €30 late check-in fee. This was an absolutely horrible experience from start to finish with zero effort from the host, terrible communication, and unlivable conditions. Avoid this place at all costs!

Good location in Sanremo but not for the light sleeper

Great location, friendly host, very clean and good facilities. Great value with nice kitchen, washing machine and TV.

There is a church next to the apartment that rings for 15 minutes several times a day, including early morning.

Very good

Clean apartment with all facilities

The bells rang early in the morning and because of this it was impossible to get enough sleep

Bad

The location was great!

- It was not clean we found stains on the blankets! -The Netflix was not working. - The person took so long to answer the messages. - The second room is not really a room but a storage next to toilet. - The whole place smells weird and the second room smells bad we needed to take the bed to the first room. - The toilet paper was half when we arrive and we had to toilet papers for our stay.

La posizione dell'alloggio molto buono per i servizi in torno per la visuale esterna

posizione

Molto sporco ,polvere dappertutto , letto scomodissimo.
