About this apartment rental
Our cozy, detached house in Söll offers you peace and quiet away from the bustling town center. The apartment is a comfortable option for your vacation in the Wilder Kaiser region, right next to the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental. Just a few minutes’ drive away is the valley station, from which you can reach the Hexenwasser Söll in the summer and access the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser–Brixental directly in the winter. In the most beautiful flower village in Europe, summer is a perfect time to relax and enjoy yourself. The bike path runs right past our house, and this route is also ideal for hiking. It’s just a few kilometers to the village on foot—treat yourself to a stroll and discover one of the most beautiful villages in the Alps. Excellent access if you’re traveling by car guarantees you a stress-free vacation with us. In winter, you can reach the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser gondola in Söll or Scheffau in just a few minutes and start enjoying the slopes right away. The cross-country ski trail and a winter hiking trail both run right past the house—the perfect way to start your winter fun. It’s also just a short distance to an ice-skating rink and countless other winter hiking trails. Immerse yourself in a wonderfully snow-covered winter landscape with an unparalleled panoramic view. Two restaurants and the bus stops for the free ski bus are located right nearby. Lake Ahornsee is a 3-minute drive away.
Apartment, separate toilet and bathroom/shower:
Our new, generously appointed vacation apartment for 1–3 people (approx. 58 m²) features 1 bedroom with a double bed and its own closet space, a fully equipped kitchen-living room with satellite TV and a pull-out couch that serves as an extra bed for the third person, 1 bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, an entryway, and a storage room with a mini-safe. To save weight in your luggage, hand towels, bath towels, and bed linens can be provided upon request.
On-site fees: * Pets upon request * Extra bed for a fourth person available upon request (additional cost of €25 per night)
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
