We were blown away by this modern and stylish apartment. It was very nice with impeccable taste and had everything we need. There was a private secured parking spot. The kitchen was well equipped, the bedroom had a very comfortable extra large two-person bed. The shower was also spacious. The Villa also has air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom, which was absolutely most welcome as we visited during the hot weather. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful.
We liked the location, as it was walking distance to nice restaurants nearby, and literally 5 minutes walk to the supermarket. We had our bikes, so the beach and nearby towns were easily accessible. Overall, this place has everything you need to make it feel like home away from home.
Although no fault of the Villa or the owner, the neighborhood is filled with the sound of...dogs barking. Just something to bear in mind to bring your own earplugs or have the windows closed at night if you are not used to that.

The apartment was clean, furnished and equipped in an Ikea- style, with good natural light, air conditioning and wi-fi. It’s in a quiet location, a 5 minute walk to a COOP supermarket, a bus stop, and restaurants. We recommend Ristorante Trattoria da O’Dino, which provides traditional home-style meals, and usually requires booking in advance, by phone or in person.
The apartment lacked many basic supplies: no washing powder for the (clothes) washing machine, no clothes pegs for holding washing on the drying rack, no hair conditioner, shampoo, or tissues, no cooking oil. Only 2 small bath towels and hand towels were provided, but no beach towels in this seaside location. Who would transport their own beach towels from the other side of the world?
The kitchen has very little bench space for preparing a meal, and there is very little shelf space in the bathroom.
The host requires that all rubbish be divided, and separately bagged, into 5 categories, each of which must be put out on the street for collection on a specific day of the week. It is “forbidden” to leave any rubbish in the apartment after departure. This was an impractical arrangement for us, as we stayed for 3 days and generated small amounts of all 5 types of rubbish. Clearly, at this rental price, a cleaner or the host should manage rubbish, not the guests.
Finally, we had asked the host several times before the checkin date whether we could leave our luggage earlier than the checkin time of 15.00. The host did not confirm that we could do this until about 90 minutes before the checkin time, which prevented us from planning our arrival day.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo! L’appartamento è pulito, ordinato, accogliente e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per trascorrere un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante.
La posizione è ottima, in una zona tranquilla e comoda per raggiungere il mare e visitare i dintorni. La casa è ben organizzata e ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio. Anche il letto era molto comodo e abbiamo apprezzato la cura e l’attenzione ai dettagli.
Un ringraziamento speciale a Lorenzo, il proprietario, che si è dimostrato super gentile. Ci ha anche noleggiato le biciclette, permettendoci di girare comodamente e raggiungere il mare senza dover utilizzare la macchina. Un servizio che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo!
Consigliatissima! Ci torneremo sicuramente con piacere.
