About this house rental
In a quiet setting beautiful villa with a large living room and living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate a couple, 3 bedrooms with dressing closet, with windows with mosquito nets and double glazing.
The main bathroom is with shower and bath, double sinks. The toilet is separate, the kitchen is fully equipped + presence of a scullery.
Existence of a second bathroom with a shower, a sink and WC.
On the pool side you access an Outbuilding which includes a BZ bed and a fitted kitchen.
Summer lounge room for dining sheltered from the sun with barbecue and bar overlooking the pool.
Swimming pool of 4m by 8m with protective dome (bars to be positioned on a jack to lift the dome to swim and to be fixed to the ground) and an outdoor shower
A wonderful petanque court refurbished in April 2023 in the shade of the trees with sandstone table and bench.
Terraces in front and at the back of the house, Bistro tables for breakfast in the morning on a beautiful terrace overlooking the front of the house
Private parking possibilities to enter up to 5 vehicles in the entrance, electric gate, totally enclosed garden.
Since the summer of 2023 Water shortage ... Please respect the restriction measures and these could have an impact on the use of the pool (for which we cannot be held responsible)

Très bonne propriété, spacieuse et correspondantes aux photos disponibles sur le site.
Les personnes s'occupant de la maison sont agréables et préviennent toujours de leur passage.
