Luxurious chalet in the heart of the Hochkrimml-Gerlosplatte ski area
The 100 m² two-story "Felix" maisonette apartment features 2 bedrooms (on the lower level, with a window), each with its own bathroom featuring a shower and toilet. In addition, this apartment features a sauna in the basement.
Chalet Löffler offers three spacious apartments, each with its own sauna.
Chalet Löffler is located at 1,650 meters above sea level on a sunny high plateau and offers a magnificent panoramic view of the surrounding mountains, the glaciated 3,000-meter peaks of the Hohe Tauern National Park, and the Zillertal and Kitzbühel Alps.
Our chalet was built in 2001 according to the latest principles of sustainable construction.
The three spacious vacation apartments feature cozy furnishings in a typical rural style and are fully equipped to a high standard. All apartments include a sauna, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a balcony or terrace, an open fireplace, and underfloor heating.
In addition, there is a shared ski storage room, a separate storage room, and parking spaces.
The “Petra” apartment (approx. 120 m²) is located in the attic of our house and features a spacious, bright living area (50 m²) with a large balcony. Furthermore, the vacation apartment features 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom featuring a shower/toilet and either a private sauna or a bathtub/toilet.
The two large, two-story apartments, “Bernd” and “Felix” (approx. 100 m²), also have two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet. These two apartments also have their own saunas.
Please note that you must bring your own bed linens and towels. If this is not possible for you, we can provide bed linens and towels for an additional fee.
“Discover Winter” ... that means unadulterated skiing fun right on your doorstep in the Hochkrimml-Gerlosplatte ski area. 33 km of perfectly groomed natural snow slopes, 50 km of groomed cross-country trails, and guaranteed snow conditions well into spring are sure to make every winter sports enthusiast’s heart beat faster.
15 km of cleared winter hiking trails invite you to take romantic hikes through the snow-covered winter landscape.
Those looking for a more leisurely experience can take a horse-drawn sleigh ride through the enchanting forests. How about a fun toboggan ride or a visit to the ice rink or the curling rink? There’s plenty of variety in Hochkrimml.
Enjoy the summer: Hikers, mountaineers, and mountain bikers will find ideal conditions in the mountains and valleys surrounding our chalet.
Choose between marked hiking trails or high-alpine mountain tours. Cyclists can set out on a tour along the Tauern Cycle Path, which begins in Krimml. Paragliders will find excellent flying conditions, and golfers can quickly reach the golf course in Mittersil.
The popular Durlaßboden Reservoir is very close to our chalet. The swimming pool, mini-golf course, and tennis court in Krimml round out the offerings.
Many attractions in the area, such as the Königsleiten Planetarium, the Mozart city of Salzburg, the Grossglockner High Alpine Road, and the Crystal Worlds in Wattens, are well worth a visit.

Excellent communication by host, all questions were answered promptly. The apartment is beautiful, in a quiet setting not far from the Fitzsteinalm lift. WIFI is a little spotty, could do with an extender, but not a big issue in my opinion. Loved it!

Mooie ruime woning, netjes en proper
Alles is voorhanden.
Communicatie met de eigenaar loopt zeer vlot en snel. Er is veel mogelijk.
De vakantiewoning bestaat uit 3 appartementen.
Wij hadden appartement Felix.
De foto’s die vertoond worden horen bij een ander appartement in dit vakantiehuis.
Belangrijk om mee te geven is dat appartement Felix de benedenverdieping en kelder omvat. Slaapkamers zijn ondergronds.
Voordeel is dat ze op deze manier lekker koel blijven. Nadeel is geen uitzicht.
De locatie is heel mooi, in de zomer zeer rustig.
De Gerlospas is in de zomer betalend, neem hier direct een 8 dagen kaart, dat is de goedkoopste oplossing en zo kan je steeds alle kanten op.
