The staff were excellent. Nam, the manager, went out of his way to help me sort my bed out as I had hurt my back. He worked really hard to help all of us our whole stay. All the staff were kind. The breakfasts were good, plenty of choices. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. For me the test is would I come back? I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks Nam!

Great location. Very clean room and quiet. Lovely manager.

Great place to stay. Perfectly located (5 mins walk to the main street but far enough from the noise), spotlessly clean rooms, very welcoming and attentive staff. It is a 3-star hotel, but the rooms are better and more comfortable than in a lot of 4-star hotels you would find in Vietnam. The manager helped us to organize a lot of activities even beyond Cat Ba. Incredibly efficient, fair, attentive and organized person.
Absolutely nothing.

The staff all family members were so kind, helpful and cheerful. Cleaning is perfect, almost like first checking in every way we stayed there.
No air conditioning along the corridors and inside the lifts, can breather hot although bearable .
