Super schönes, großes Apartment mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche, einer schönen Terrasse und einer großen Dachterrasse mit atemberaubender Sicht über das Meer und Blick auf die Insel Tavolara. Ganz in der Nähe gute Restaurants und eine Bäckerei mit großem Sortiment. Alessandro war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder!

It was a great base for visiting the island. Beds were comfortable. Washer worked great. Last two nights place was peaceful and quiet. Staff was super helpful and went out of their way to help us.
1st night could hear those below talking loudly all night until 8:30 am, but that’s more the guests than the property. Last two nights were quiet. As other reviews mentioned being concerned about the electricity and going over. The sofa could be better for a place at that price point. Couldn’t figure out the TV but didn’t end up using it so it was fine. Everything else was great.

Fantastic check-in service and Excellent location. In quiet neighborhood which we really enjoyed. We had the pleasure of staying in the Loft with the roof garden, so spectacular views across the bay. Clean and safe property, and the loft was equipped with everything we needed. Pleasantly surprised by the small (very private) beach about 50 meters away. Not many restaurants nearby, but short 10mins drive to main Pittulongu beach where we enjoyed some great meals. What we like best was location. Provided excellent access to Costa Smeralda and North west of the island. Olbia airport was a 15mins ride.
We stayed for lengthy period (9 nights). Fresh towels and bed linen would have been appreciated.

ein freundlicher Hausmeister, der sich gekümmer hat, aber leider kein englisch sprach
1. nur 2 Rollen super dünnes, billiges Toilettenpapier für 1 Woche für 2 Personen
2. für 2 Personen und 7 Tage Aufenthalt nur 4 kleine Tütchen Duschgel obwohl ausgewiesen war, dass Duschgel vorhanden
ist (musste nachgekauft werden)
3. feuchte Luft in dem Apartment
4. ausgewiesen war "MEERBLICK" - kein Meerblick vorhanden- nur Bäume im Umfeld
5. TV vorhanden - ja, aber kein deutscher Fernsehsender einstellbar - nur italienische und englische Sender vorhanden
6. Zugang zum Meer - ja, aber Steilküste
7. Sandstrand 500 m entfernt - ja, aber ein Ministrand mit vielen großen Steine, im Wasser nur Steine, das man ohne Bade-
schuhe nicht betreten konnte, sonst Verletzungsgefahr
8. Geschirr: sehr viele Schüsseln und Gläser, nur 3 Tassen und 3 Frühstücksteller
9. ruhige Lage: Baulärm und Hundegekläffe aus der Nachbarschaft, laute Geräusche aus dem darüberliegenden Apartment
10. Torzugang für das Fahrzeug: schließt so schnell, dass man Glück hat, dass das Tor das Auto nicht beschädigt
11 Licht in der Küche: am Abend nur geringe Leuchtstärke von LED-Leuchten
12 keine Fernbedienung für die Öffnung der Jalousien im Küchenbereich
13 im Angebot Bettlaken und Handtücher für 50 € zusätzliche Kosten. Tatsächlich wurden 60 € kassiert, weil es sich angeblich
um Prämiumwäsche handelte, was aber nicht der Fall war. 2 x Laken 2 Kopfkissenbezüge und 2x 3 Handtücher in
weißer, schon länger benutzer Standardausführung
Mit anderen Worten: Diese Unterkunft wird von dem Anbieter viel höher bewertet als sie tatsächlich ist
