Large living room with bedroom area with 160cmx200 bed (sliding separation), a sofa bed with 160cmx200 bed, a 90x190 bed, a sofa. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. On the 3rd floor of a residence with elevator. (No PRM access because access with a few steps)
Main equipment: Air conditioning, Dishwasher, washing machine, Large fridge, Senseo coffee maker, Oven, Microwave, high-speed WIFI, TV and NETFLIX, cot and baby seat, 2 armchairs and parasol.
Direct access to the beach from the first floor. Parking of the private residence closed by barrier with numbered space. Private swimming pool in the residence.

un seul tout petit bémol : il manque un petit radiateur soufflant dans la salle de bain pour l'intersaison .
