About this villa rental
On the French Riviera and the prestigious Gulf of Saint Tropez in particular, we offer for rent our recent and spacious villa of 105 m² with garden in a private domain. It is located in a protected wooded area.
The living room and dining room are spacious, comfortable and bright. They open onto a fully equipped terrace and the private garden with a view of the pine forest and its umbrella pines. Calm guaranteed. Unheated swimming pool to share with other residents of the private residence (accessible from April 15 to October 1).
700 m from the Garonnette beach and the marina of Les Issambres and water activities accessible by footpath. 1km from the Spar supermarket.
We accept pets after prior authorization for an additional fee of 50€ for one pet.
We have a reasonable and eco-responsible pricing policy, which is why we charge tenants at the end of their stay for the actual consumption of water and electricity according to meter readings (0.20€/kwh and 6€/m3). The cleaning fees at the end of the stay will be charged 150€ payable on site.
We rent this family holiday home during the periods when we are not occupying it. The Domaine de la Pinède is not a classified hotel residence.
