Spacious room. Handy location to shops and restaurants.
Bathroom floods when having a shower.

Quiet and nice guesthouse in a quiet and nice area of Da Nang. We arrived late after staff had already left but gave us very clear instructions on how to get in the property. The rooms were clean and spacious.
Owners of the guesthouse have several pets including a couple of dogs and a rabbit which they let them run around the place. That is completely fine but they should take better care on cleaning after the animals as we saw the dogs a couple of times defecate in the pool area and their droppings were left there for hours.
