Welcome to Finca Joanna!
The spacious Finca Joanna consists of 3 separate vacation apartments named Casa Viola, Casa Saskia, and Casa Laura. The large pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as two covered patios with a dining table and barbecue area, are available for shared use. In addition, there are many other cozy spots on the property, such as on your own terrace in front of your apartment, by the pool, or under shady trees.
You enter the newly renovated Casa Viola through the hallway, which features a coat closet, dresser, and mirror, and from there you enter the beautifully furnished living room, which includes a fireplace, couch, flat-screen TV, and a dining table for four people. Adjacent to this is the very well-equipped kitchen, which includes a fridge-freezer, a stove with an oven and a glass-ceramic cooktop, a sink, a dishwasher, and a pantry for storing groceries. Casa Viola also features two bedrooms, each with two beds that can be arranged separately or as a double bed; both are equipped with air conditioning for pleasantly cool nights, as well as a bathroom with a shower.
Finca Joanna is located on the outskirts of Santanyí, in the quiet neighborhood of Son Moja. The beautiful cove and beach, where you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas, are just a 15-minute walk away.
The nearest larger town, Santanyí, has everything your heart desires: restaurants, shopping, and a Mallorcan market twice a week.

One of the cleanest and definitely the best equipped holiday accommodation we have ever stayed in! It was nice to be somewhere where the host took pride in having the accommodation kept to a high standard. We particularly liked the tranquillity of the place. Bar another resident having their speaker turned on for every phone conversation and their volume up high when using social media (which is in no way a reflection of the accommodation) the only sounds were the birds and nature. The property was also in a good location for us, just a short drive from some of our favourite beaches in Mallorca and not too far a drive to supermarkets and restaurants. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Jörg’s place was everything we hoped for. We could walk to the beautiful Cala Santanyi in 10 minutes, and drive to the stunning old town in 5 minutes. The property is very well cared for and Jörg is a perfect host with excellent communication and knowledge about the local area. We would go again with family as we can’t fault our experience.

Beautiful Property ! Very clean, spacious, safe, quiet, every detail has been covered; nice furniture, dishware. Outdoor spaces were beautiful, clean, beautiful pool, terraces.
The host is extremely helpful ! Highly recommend !
