La zona muy bien solo fallan las calidades del apartamento

No aplicable

No me gustó el que en un apartamento para 4 personas solo hubiese 3 sillas, además, son sillas para niños Plegables y casi sin respaldo no son aptas para personas mayores. No había mesa en el comedor por estar rota la que tenía. La mampara de la ducha estaba descolgada de su rail y casi se me cae encima. En la cocina no tiene tijeras, ni tabla para cortar. Los grifos de los lavabos apenas sale un hilos de agua. No tiene vasos de beber suficientes para 4 personas. Lo mejor fue el parquin subterráneo y amplio. AMPLIACIÓN POR LA RESPUESTA DEL ALOJAMIENTO ES LA SIGUIENTE: Respuesta del alojamiento: Hola. La puerta del baño las ha roto tu. Pediré indemnización. Y sillas son las de la terraza. Ese apartamento no tiene espacio para comer en el salón. Para eso es la terraza con una gran vista y muy buena orientación. Las sillas plegables es por si viene visita. No es posible que todo el mundo valore bien y tú todo mal. Gracias por todo. Creo que esta persona tiene poca educación además de que yo hice las fotos nada más llegar al apartamento y ver lo mal que estaba la mampara de la ducha. Por cierto, se me olvidó poner que la tabla del inodora está suelta y es peligroso sentarse. Consejo: mejor no comer en la terraza ya que las cucarachas suben por la noche y si hay restos de comida será darlas de comer. la próxima vez avisa de que ese apartamento, no es apto para personas de 70 años como nosotros tenemos (solo para jovencitos) Gracias por tu respuesta

Por detalles que no son caros no le doy un 10

La ubicación, casi te caes del balcón al agua. Desde el balcón hay unas vistas preciosas, desde todas las ventanas de la casa puedes ver el agua, ya sea del mediterráneo o del canal de Tomás Maestre. La vivienda a pesar de no tener aire acondicionado suele correr mucho aire por la orientación y tiene ventiladores de techo en todas las estancias. La plaza de garaje del sótano es super amplia. Las camas son bastante cómodas.

No tiene aire acondicionado para algún día que no corre aire. El menaje es muy muy incompleto, ni un cuchillo en condiciones, la vitro es pésima y el frigo no enfría de sobra. El sofá, que es sofá cama y nosotros no lo necesitamos, si lo vas a usar como sofá es incómodo.

La ubicación, casi te caes del balcón al agua. Desde el balcón hay unas vistas preciosas, desde todas las ventanas de la casa puedes ver el agua, ya sea del mediterráneo o del canal de Tomás Maestre. La vivienda a pesar de no tener aire acondicionado suele correr mucho aire por la orientación y tiene ventiladores de techo en todas las estancias. La plaza de garaje del sótano es super amplia. Las camas son bastante cómodas.
