Grimm's is a very clean, modern hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming. It's quite far from Berlin central, but there is a train nearby. We got a spacious room at a great last-minute rate.
Everything in the hotel was comfortable except for the street noise. Our room faced the road and the windows didn't keep out the sound of cars. It was possible to sleep but it wasn't super quiet.

Very friendly staff, underground parking, viewing terrace, comfortable bed, clean bathroom
There was no iron in the room and the table could have been bigger.
