Loved staying in cave hotel. Great location, near to everything but quiet. The breakfast staff were lovely and friendly and did a great job, breakfast was delicious. Comfortable bed and bedding.

The breakfast, the staff and the location were all fantastic! The room was very nice.
The bathroom had a strong sewage smell from the drains. This is clearly an issue in the area with all the pipes built into rock etc. But it sure was unpleasant.
The staff were nice and tried to fix it with a dehumidifier, but that didn’t do anything for the smell really.

The property is exactly as shown in the pictures and is very close to restaurants. They also organized the balloon tour very well and offered it at a great price.

Overall, we had a wonderful few days at the hotel. The staff was very friendly, the room was spacious and uniquely decorated. The breakfast wasn't very varied, but it was adequate.
