Luxury, two bedroomed villa close to blue-flag, sandy beaches, award-winning golf courses as well as the ever popular Cabo Roig Strip and La Zenia Boulevard. This delightful property is a true home away from home, nestled in a quiet neighbourhood but only a stone’s throw away from everything you need for your perfect holiday and all in an area enjoying three-hundred days a year of sunshine. The villa has access to a choice of three separate community pools and your own private garden.
We are very proud to present our homely villa which is on a delightful community with access to three separate community pools. It has a beautiful, private garden equipped with two sun loungers, outside table and six matching chairs together with your own barbecue area for entertaining at home.
The ground floor of the villa boasts an open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, downstairs toilet and an outside covered gallery. Upstairs, you can find the master bedroom with its own private balcony, a second twin bedroom and a well appointed family bathroom.
For your absolute comfort, there is air conditioning in every room provided at no extra charge (this also acts as a source of heat in the winter). In addition, we provide the full range of UK TV channels together with some European options. There are two additional foam beds designed for children which can be used in any room of the property of your choosing for full flexibility.

Really, really a good place! Everything we needed was there. Quiet street, close to rhe 3 communal pools. Easy parking in the street, 15 min walk to the strip with several restaurants and bars, and some shopping as well. Good standard 2 bedroom house, air condition very efficient. Our family of 4 enjoyed every second of our visit, and are already preparing for the next trip.

Think of everything you want and you have it hear. Aircon everywhere, excellent ceiling fans and stand fans. UK TV, not important to some, but vital to others.5 mins walk to Cabo Roig strip (20 mins if my Wife is in the group).Only used the bed in the main bedroom, but the most comfortable I can remember ( and I do have some back issues).Neil is great and accessible, just please don't go when I want to go.Will be returning again and again.

townhouse is clean, organised, spacious.... a decent communal pool. Probably about a 1km walk to the strip, but an easy walk.)

Fantastic communication with the owner for this quick trip to Spain for a couple of days golf in the sun. Good location for nearby courses. House was clean and had everything we needed.
