Perfect for my needs as only required a place to sleep, albeit on a sofa bed. Great little holiday home for a frw days.

Location- perfect.

Ease of access on check-in as initially unaware of the need to pick up keys from a concierge collection point some distance away.

ATTENTION!!!MISLEADING!!!MEAN!!!DON'T BOOK!!!!

I've booked a studio at Bezieres Cap D'agde which was advertised to have a pool opened during my stay.Actually it was the only one reason-because of having a pool!!! We arrived there and it turned out there was a damage deposit I needed pay before I can check-in. I've agreed and paid it as I missed that part from the important information. We were given instructions how to get the key from a locker room which was 15 min away from the property!!! After checking in we were advised to arrange a meeting with a person who to come and check when we leave so we can get the deposit back?!Then we tried to find the pool and asked a person in the building who told us that the pool is yet to opened in a few weeks or so!?We texted the host about it and she was surprised to hear that it was advertised with a pool opened!?. She even asked us for proove to see where did we see that. After I sent her a screenshot couple of times she didn't reply anything and changed the information in booking.com. On the second day we got a message from the person who was supposed to check our room to arrange time. We did that and then she told us, I repeat she told us, we need to clean and tidy the property before check out! So,we had to wake up at 6 am, to clean perfectly just to be calm that the money would be refunded!THIS IS MEAN!They just blackmail their guests and because everyone is afraid for his money !!! What on earth is happening there? They ask for a deposit then force you to clean, false advertising?! How Booking supports a host like that and such an attitude towards the guests?!!!She ruined our holiday with that dodgy scheme!!On top of all there were ants in the bathroom I even took a video. There is no bedding, towels or any kind of toiletries, there was an iron but no ironing board, am I supposed to bring all of theese for a holiday stay?! I wrote a complaint to Booking twice, but I had never receive a reply!Bitterly disappointed!! I won't let this go like that!!!

poor experience, bad management and tricky situation with the deposit .

the location is good as it is close to marine .

the sofa bed was broken, I couldn’t stay more than a night (paid for four). when checked out , I had to wait for a staff to check the room with me , they did not show up so I left after leaving the keys . the next day the management belt 100 £ as k left without properly checked out and to clean the room (20 m square room costs 100€ for clear mind) . unfair management, poor customer service and dishonest management ! do their best to keep your deposit !

Scam to keep deposit that’s why so cheap - do not book

The view

1. I had to drive 10 mins to collect keys 2. No bedding or towels or even soap to wash hands 3. The host asked for £200 because I cleaned the flat and left a rubbish bag in the bin and some crisp crumbs on a shelf. It’s a scam she charges cheap price and then tries to get £200 deposit off you 4. Had to wait outside half hour before she told me key location 5. Had to wait for cleaner to come in the morning to leave keys. I knew the way the host was talking the day before that the cleaner was coming to make an excuse to keep the deposit Do not book. There isn’t even any bedding!

Le studio est très bien situé avec une belle vue sur le balcon. La piscine est un plus pour ce studio. Marjorie est une personne arrangeante

La caution demandée de 600€ cependant il n’y a eu aucun soucis pour le remboursement de la caution avec Marjorie
