This is our third long term stay at this marvelous place. We are so very happy here. Excellent beds, fab location right on the beach. Within a few moment walk to stores & groceries. Amazing staff. Clean and so well-maintained! The staff very caring and warm. Choice of all-inclusive, nor not (this is rare). All rooms ocean view. Immaculate pools. Squeaky clean. Ample loungers. Long -term staff who welcome you and care about their work.

Breakfast was decent. Staff were great.
One evening there was only one restaurant available. I tried to get room service, but could not reach them at all. I had been ill and needed something to eat. I had to go hungry until morning when breakfast was available. For All-Inclusive, more food choices/availability of food is needed. Pool service was very slow. You need more wait staff.

Beach access was good. The pool was nice and the kids really enjoyed the pool. The waitstaff were are very nice and helpful.
The front desk staff were terrible, rude and unhelpful. They charged our credit cards twice and have yet to resolve the issue. I have reached out, called and had our credit card open a dispute.
