About this apartment rental
A very cozy 4-star vacation rental in Waldmünchen, in the southern Upper Palatinate Forest. The apartment is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by meadows and forests. Numerous hiking and biking trails are nearby, as well as a wide range of activities for children (outdoor swimming pools, amusement parks, wildlife parks, an underwater station, rock trails, a dragon cave, toboggan runs, playgrounds, etc.). Over 75 square meters of living space ensure you’ll have an unforgettable vacation. The first bedroom features a double bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed. The dining area and kitchenette are fully equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, oven, 4 stovetop burners, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, microwave, and a full set of dishes. The living area features an open-concept kitchen with a dining area, a pull-out sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and access to the balcony. The bathroom includes a shower, bathtub, toilet, and sink. In the entryway of the house, you’ll find a washing machine and a dryer, which you’re welcome to use for a fee. Wi-Fi and parking (in the covered carport) are included in the price. Payment is made on-site in cash. The deposit is 30% of the total cost of your stay. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Check-out is available between 9:00 AM and 9:00 AM. The keys are hidden in a secret location at the property. You will receive instructions regarding this well in advance of your arrival. Tourist tax: 1.30 per adult per night; children ages 6 and older: 0.50 EUR per night. Pets are not allowed. A crib/extra bed can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed. A crib can be provided upon request for a fee of 20 EUR. A bread roll delivery service is available Monday through Saturday (except on certain holidays).

In der Ferienwohnung Spachtholz hatten wir 5 erholsame Tage in den Herbstferien. Die Aufteilung der mit zwei Schlafzimmern ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung ist sehr freundlich. Die Küche ist mit allen erdenklichen Utensilien und Gerätschaften bestückt. Ein modernes Bad mit Badewanne rundet das gelungene Gesamtbild ab. WLAN steht kostenlos zur Verfügung, Waschmaschine und Trockener sind gegen Gebühr nutzbar. Für Kinder gibt es in einer eigenen Spielecke jede Menge Spielzeug, so dass auch bei Regenwetter Beschäftigung vorhanden ist. Im Garten können sich Kinder außerdem mit Rutsche und Schaukel austoben.
Wir bedanken uns bei der sehr freundlichen Gastgeberin und kommen gerne wieder.
