The property was very nice. Loved it apart from a few things. The style and decor was fabulous!
The bungalow we stayed in smelt a little musty on entry. Also the outside area of the hotel main building smelt of drains occasionally. The service was a little off.

Beautiful, great taste, very boutique and elegant.
It would have been great to have hotel staff at the pool for food and drink service and towels.

The rooms were comfortable and quit.
I did not like the reception area. Too small and not much areas for seating.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The tower rooms were supposed to be 5-star; however, the rooms were very basic.
The premium you pay for what felt more like a holiday inn, is not worth it. The amenities were very basic and the furniture also not what you would find in a 5-star hotel.
I subsequently moved to the JW Marriott which has a 4-star rating and it was remarkably nicer!
