Found the place as described, enough beds for everyone, and comfortable amenities (Tv, patio, golf cart). The house itself was great for a family with mixed ages, but the nearby rentals were partying all hours - something to keep in mind for people (young kids) who need their sleep.

My wife and I had an amazing time at this property. The free Golfcart helped us really experience Port Aransas. The beach was a few minute walk away from the property. I will definitely be booking again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Location was great. Walking distance to the beach house is nice and has everything you may need. Host was easy to reach and very quick to respond. Unfortunately the house was still kind of dirty when we got there.. there was sand all over the floor, the kitchen counter had some sticky handprints of some kind of food. The bed in one of the bedrooms had sand on them and in it, and the fans really need to ne cleaned. The house keeper was still there when we arrived at 4:03, so not sure all she did. But as I usually do, make sure to bring your own cleaning supplies and back up towels and extra sheets and you should be good.

This property was perfect for our family. Very clean and spacious. The beds were of great quality and all very comfortable. Very close to the beach and central to all activities. Great communication with owners, we will definitely book again.
