Please note that smoking is permitted only on the balcony of the Hafenresidenz vacation rental, and pets are not allowed.
The spacious 3-room penthouse apartment for 4 people offers approximately 130 m² of living space, featuring a large, bright living area with hardwood floors, a sofa corner, a flat-screen TV, a dining area, and an open kitchen. Here you can spend cozy evenings by the fireplace and enjoy the magnificent view through the large, wraparound windows.
Directly from the living area, you can step out onto the spacious, wraparound balcony with a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea, the harbor of Lauterbach, and the island of Vilm.
The two separate bedrooms are located at the rear of the vacation apartment and each features an adjoining, comfortable bathroom with natural light. Additionally, the penthouse apartment includes a guest restroom.

Die Penthouse Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und wertig eingerichtet, sie ist mit Geschirr, Gläsern, Besteck und Küchenutensilien sehr gut ausgestattet,
alle Fenster haben elektrische Rollladen und zum Teil Insektenschutzgitter, der Blick auf den Hafen von der Terrasse ist sehr schön, ideal für einen Sundowner,
Restaurants und kleine Geschäfte sind fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen,

Wir empfanden es sehr angenehm, den Schlüssel zur FeWo bei Anreise einem Safe zu entnehmen und über einen Briefkasten am Ende des Aufenthalts zurückzugeben.
Fragen unsererseits wurden schnell durch den Vermieter per E-Mail zu unserer Zufriedenheit beantwortet.
Die Hafenresidenz ist eine sehr schöne Anlage, die Fewo entspricht voll der Beschreibung des Vermieters.
