About this house rental
This house, called “Marinella,” overlooks the beach directly: you can head down in your swimsuit and take a dip in the sea, choosing whether to spread out your towel on the public beach or reserve a lounge chair or umbrella at the convenient beach club right across the way, which features a restaurant and many convenient amenities. The town offers a wide range of amenities within walking distance: a supermarket, restaurants, bars, home goods stores, a hair salon, beauty salons, and more. It’s just a 20-minute drive from Fiumicino Airport and only 30 km from Rome—a trip that takes about half an hour by car or via the hourly bus service. The recently renovated house is fully equipped with all amenities and appliances, including a washing machine. It is located on the second and top floor of a small two-story apartment building. It features a master bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed, an open-concept living room with a sofa bed and an open kitchen, as well as a bathroom and two balconies with ocean views.
