About this house rental
On the outskirts of the historic old town of Sveti Lovrec stands our beautiful former schoolhouse, built in 1915. It was lovingly restored in 2016 and is now an oasis on a 1,300-square-meter lot in a central location. The view is unobstructed across the entire width of the property and sweeps over a lovely landscape out to the sea.
To the rear lies the town center with a supermarket, pharmacy, bar, and pizzeria.
The first floor of the house, designed as a single open space, features a kitchen, dining area, and living room. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a rooftop terrace that offers both a breathtaking view of the sea and a connection to the historic village.
We are very happy to rent to families who appreciate this unique, one-of-a-kind home. There is plenty of space for 6 people.
