About this villa rental
Villa Mandorlo is a recently renovated, eco-friendly, and sustainable 19th-century estate. The building was renovated with great attention to materials and thermal and acoustic insulation, featuring high-performance glass, exterior insulation in every room, and a geothermal system for energy savings—all of which also translate into greater comfort for guests staying there.
The villa offers a beautiful panoramic view of Arezzo and the valley, a private garden, a private pool, and parking for the villa’s exclusive use, and is arranged over two floors. The first floor consists of a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and two double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom featuring a shower. On the upper floor, with breathtaking views, there are three additional double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom featuring a shower. All rooms are tastefully furnished and individually decorated with unique pieces—whether handmade or antique—and fabrics carefully selected to create a warm, pleasant, and welcoming atmosphere. This villa can accommodate up to 10 people, and it is possible to add a maximum of one single bed and two cribs or cots with railings.
The villa is located within an organic winery, whose cellar has been named one of the 14 most beautiful design cellars in Tuscany as part of the Toscana Wine Architecture project, thanks to its one-of-a-kind bio-architectural design. It is situated slightly lower down the hill and also houses the tasting room and reception area. Upon request, we can organize wine tours, tastings, light lunches, as well as cooking classes, dinners, and small private events.
