Unprofessional people and very rude
I had hoped for a relaxing retreat, but my experience was marred by the villa's condition and the owner's unwelcoming demeanor. I strongly advise others to think twice before choosing this accommodation. Such unprofessionalism and lack of hospitality are unacceptable, especially when paying for a service. My stay at this villa was an unfortunate and regrettable experience that I wouldn't wish upon anyone else.

My experience with this homestay property in Panchgani was utterly dreadful. The owner abruptly cancelled my booking last minute and gave the villa to someone else for a higher price. The property itself was in a deplorable state – poorly maintained with a disgustingly dirty pool. To add to the misery, there was no water supply in the villa. The caretaker's rudeness was the final straw; once the payment was made, any hope of service vanished. I strongly advise against choosing this place; it was a complete waste of time and money.

The lack of maintenance, poor amenities, unresponsive management, and overall lackluster atmosphere
I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at a homestay rental villa in Panchgani, and I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this stay would not live up to my expectations.
Firstly, the villa itself was a major letdown. Despite the appealing description and photos online, the reality was far from what was advertised. The property was in a state of neglect, with visible signs of wear and tear everywhere. It seemed as though no effort had been made to maintain or clean the place for quite some time. This lack of care was evident in every corner of the villa, from the outdated furnishings to the grimy bathroom facilities.
Moreover, the amenities promised were far from satisfactory. The so-called 'fully equipped kitchen' was a bare minimum, lacking essential utensils and appliances, making it nearly impossible to prepare a decent meal. The promised Wi-Fi was either non-existent or incredibly slow, making it challenging to stay connected, especially if you rely on the internet for work or leisure.
It felt more like an abandoned property than a comfortable retreat for guests.
To make matters worse, the owner was abysmal. The owner or caretaker, whoever was responsible, showed no interest in ensuring our comfort or addressing our concerns. Attempts to communicate our issues were met with indifference or, worse, rudeness, leaving us feeling utterly disregarded and frustrated.
Lastly, the location, which is usually a highlight of any villa stay, failed to impress. The surroundings were not as picturesque as advertised, and any potential charm was overshadowed by the disappointment of the villa itself.
In conclusion, my stay at this homestay rental villa in Panchgani was a regrettable experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering this accommodation to look elsewhere for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Huge well maintained villa
A Great place for a weekend getaway with your friends and family as the host has arranged for few indoor games too. There are enough rooms to accommodate even 15 to 20 people which are very luxurious and there is enough place for kids to play around and the pool certainly offers a great cool off and hang off spot. The caretaker makes yummy food and the host is super friendly and co-operative. We requested for an early check in as we had senior citizens and they happily obliged. The Whole premises is well maintained, you can easily slip away into the serenity of your getaway. Would highly recommend this place. We shall be back soon.
