About this apartment rental
A charming, recently renovated 65 m² apartment for 6 people, featuring a balcony/patio and a parking space. The apartment is ideally located in Hyères, close to shops (Chronodrive), the train station, and just a 5-minute drive from the beach. It features two bedrooms and a living/dining area with a sofa bed. Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and linens are provided. We are located in the heart of a neighborhood with a rural landscape and a calm, family-friendly atmosphere. The neighborhood offers a variety of services and amenities nearby, including transportation, shopping, sports, recreation, healthcare, and education. In addition, the building is close to the beach and easily accessible by bike (20 min) or by car (5 min). The apartment is located about 800 m from the Hyères train station and 3 km from the beach. We’ll provide you with parking spaces inside the property’s grounds. You can easily rent a car at the train station or at the Hyères airport. For those who prefer to get around without a car, that’s possible too! There are plenty of buses that stop right by the apartment! To get from the train station, which is 900 m away, you can take the 23, 29, 39, or 67. And to get to Almanarre Beach, the 39 is very convenient. During the summer, the city runs free shuttle buses from Espace 3000 (located next to the apartment) to the historic city center.

Bien que proche d'une grande route l'appartement est assez calme, bien rénové et très bien situé pour visiter la presqu'île de Giens.
Le seul point à revoir est l'installation d'une climatisation mais je suppose que l'appartement est encore en cours de rénovation et que cet aspect sera sûrement envisagé par le propriétaire pour cet été.
Très bon séjour néanmoins.
