Shout out to the 2 gentleman staff covering reception who were outstanding and deserve at least 15/10. They were absolutely on it with everything but especially the parking situation.
In terms of value for money you got a lot more than you paid for and by the end of our 4 week road trip we have enough to make comparisons across a wide range of hotels.
There was a great choice at breakfast and top quality.
It also gets top marks for sleep quality, for its location in city centre it was quiet at night.
It also has the most ornate lift I think I ve ever been in.

Everything was perfect. We were too early there but they gave us the room nicely. Very helpful. Nice and kind reception. Wanna thank them all

Room was clean
The breakfast had a limited variety of items. Also, when an item ran out, it was not replenished, so guests who came later could not enjoy all the breakfast options. I think the breakfast selection could be improved and the items should be refilled regularly throughout breakfast hours.

The breakfast was good, and the restaurant had a beautiful view overlooking the city.
The walls were thin and old. The noise from the neighboring rooms was so disturbing that I couldn’t get a good night’s sleep during my two-night stay.
