Great apartment in the heat of Batel.

Apartment was very comfortable, and well located. Checkin was fast and simple. WiFi was great.

The building has a problem with hot water. You have to open the faucet for about 10 minutes to get hot water. Sometimes unavailable at night.

Could be great if not the staff

Nice apartment-style accommodation with a kitchenette in the room. Quite spacious room with large wardrobe. Good location in the centre of Batel.

The staff were a big let down. We had issues with the safe box in our room (batteries ran out while we had things inside). We were told someone will help us soon but after several hours of waiting we have managed to solve the problem on our own. No doubt the safe didnt work as the batteries were all corroded... Despite having a kitchenette, there is no space to sit down. During our 3 night stay, the cleaner has not visited even once. The room had a tiny bin so at the end of the stay we just had a pile of rubbish. The bed was comfortable but the bedsheet was way to small for it, so every night we would wake up with bedsheet all crumpled up. The cleanliness of the bathroom (especially the shower) was questionable with buildup of brown sludge in the shower. Staff generally seems unconcerned with everything and is unhelpful. Shame, because it's a new place with excellent location.

9 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026
