Second time I have stayed this year and the hotel was exactly the same high standards. The cleanliness is remarkable and very helpful staff.

Good price point.
Air conditioning not great, reported the problem but was told there was no problem by the maintenance man. However didn't cool the room down.
Breakfast was ok but not much variety.
