It was a nice unit for my family of 4. Right next to elevators. Had some beach toys and body boards in closet for us to use. only negative, and it's just personal preference, the beds were a little on the firm side, but not a deal breaker.

We've stayed at Ocean Walk Resort many times in the past without any issues, however, this past weekend was a bit frustrating. First of all, the bottom park of the shower was loose which made it difficult to turn on the top part of the shower and when we called downstairs, we were told that maintenance cannot assist since we booked through a third party and since we did not know who to contact, we did the best we could to get cleaned up. Secondly, there was only two rolls of toilet paper available and we were four staying from Friday to Monday. When we went downstairs to request toilet paper, we were informed that we had to pay for it since we did not book through Ocean Walk. We've booked through VRBO in the past without any issues. should we have done something differently? Please advise.
