About this house rental
Bring the family for a staycation or work with high speed WiFi with a beautiful view. Peaceful. Tranquil. Breathtaking views await you at Similk Bay Beach House! An Easy 75 min. drive from Seattle (no ferry needed!) Located right on the water & just a few steps down to enjoy beach exploration or kayaking the bay (bring your own). Swinomish Golf Course is WALKING DISTANCE from the house. Deception Pass for hiking. Anacortes & LaConner mere minutes. Or tiptoe through the Skagit Valley tulips!
You and your guests can enjoy the entire cottage. If anyone has mobility issues, no worries as there are no stairs needed to enter the home and move about the living space; open kitchen to dining room (seats 8) and living room, plus private queen bedroom and semi-private bedroom with king bed. You will need to maneuver stairs to enjoy the beach and upstairs private ensuite, but the view is breathtaking on the covered porch which requires NO STAIR USE. All hardwoods throughout.
Bedroom layout: Main level has a private queen bedroom and off the back of the house is a room that is semi private with a privacy curtain and fits a king bed. You enter this back room to access the stairs to the private master ensuite. The upstairs suite is private with a barn style door. The back bedroom and primary suite is excellent for families with children or another couple. Couch can be used to sleep 1-2 people but does not turn into a bed. We have extra bedding if needed.
Wonderful beach feel cottage. You'll be wishing you had more time to sit back and relax, to take in the sounds of the lapping water or sitting back to watch the heron, eagles, osprey, migratory winter birds, seagulls, seals and other wildlife that call this bay home.

A beautiful location, resident wildlife include bald eagle, seals, and egrets. Beach house is spacious and light would visit again. We swam in the bay and played golf

Lovely home with an amazing view of the bay. Very calm , quiet and peaceful.Note: one bedroom does not have a door , just a curtain.

Beach view was beautiful, lovely sunsets . Well stocked kitchen , comfortable beds, very pretty interior design . Fun beach theme . We all loved this place !! Highly recommend.
