Easry to get to from the station and airport. Easy to get into Girona old town and see the sights.
Room a little on the cold side and unable to control the heating from the panel in the room.

The hotel was very clean and our room was spacious and nice. The reception staff were friendly, the location was great, only a 10 minute walk and you were in the city centre, which is so beautiful and with so much history.
The hotel is just a reception area, lift/stairs and then a corridor to your room (which was fine for us as we were out and about a lot) but sometimes it’s nice to have a bar/restaurant in your hotel to relax in but I appreciate they haven’t got the space.

Location was very good. Level of cleanliness was adequate.
The hotel was really only set up for guests who stay one night. There was no extractor fan in the bathroom and so the towels were constantly wet. The interior of the window was soaking with condensation in the morning. Towels were only changed after 3 days unless you paid extra. The heating system was not controlled from the room - you had to ask at reception - and it was met with bad grace when we made the request. The “pillow” was what used to be called a “bolster” and was hard and uncomfortable. The bed itself was fine.
