About this apartment rental
With warm wooden walls, high sloped ceilings, and décor that pays homage to Asturias’ mining heritage, La Mina is our most spacious apartment, ideal for families.
Naveces Rural Lodgings are located between Cudillero and Avilés, in the charming village of Naveces on the central Asturian coast. It’s close to the quiet beach of Santa María del Mar and others in the Castrillón municipality, such as Salinas or Playón de Bayas, which allows pets year-round.
All apartments are duplexes, consisting of one floor with a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, glass-ceramic stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, etc.), a half-bath, a living-dining room with a sofa bed, TV, and a decorative fireplace. On the upper level, there is a bedroom with a full bathroom and a balcony, gallery, or attic. All apartments are equipped with bed linens and towels.
Each apartment is decorated to reflect the various activities in our region, such as The Mountains, The Sea, The Mine, or The Countryside. We also have a 3,000 m² property, fully landscaped, featuring a barbecue, a children’s play area, a traditional granary, and a summer terrace.

Sin duda repetiremos! Recomendable al 100%!! Un lugar super tranquilo, ni a 10 min de Avilés, la ciudad más cercana, con todo lo que puedas necesitar de ella. Nosotros pensamos antes de llegar que al tener el aeropuerto al lado iba a ser un poco molesto, y la verdad que en 10 días que pasamos allí, no pasaron ni 6 aviones y de esos pocos que pasaron, ni te enteras (a parte que por la noche tienen prohibido aterrizar). Un pueblo muy tranquilo, los apartamentos muy acogedores y cuidados y construidos con el más mínimo detalle! La parcela, con árboles frutales y huerto, la teníamos a nuestra entera disposición. Podíamos coger desde lechugas, hasta pomelos, mandarinas, kiwis... un lujo. La playa, mezcla con carbón de las minas que había antiguamente, le da un toque negro que no deja de ser preciosa (parecida a la playa de Tenerife) y a tan sólo 10 min andando dándote un paseo por el pueblo. David, el encargado, una persona super atenta, simpática y entregada. Cualquier cosa que necesites, él te lo soluciona al momento. Te aconseja sitios a donde ir y sitios donde comer. Y hablando de comer, David nos recomendó dos sitios, entre otros más: uno con el mejor cachopo de todo Asturias, premio 2018 y finalistas 2016 y otro la mejor fabada, tambien con premio. Y menudo acierto ambos sitios!! Todos a menos de 10 min de donde nos alojabamos!! Pocas personas actualmente demuestran tanta pasión por su trabajo, pero él sin duda lo supera con creces. Sin duda una experiencia muy gratificante donde, como he dicho antes, repetiremos seguro!

Muy recomendable. El lugar es precioso y bien cuidado. La casa rural bonita, con ese toque rústico. Hemos estado muy bien. Eso sí, no tiene WiFi. Lugar para desconectar de todo y conectar con la naturaleza. Playa a 20min caminando
